1. Event Period: December 2, 2024 - March 31, 2025

2. How to Participate
   AIS customers who subscribe to GMM Music’s SMS services are eligible for one entry per subscription. Customers subscribing to two services will have two entries. Each customer is eligible for only one prize.

3. Prize Drawing and Announcement
   • Draw Date: April 17, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
   • Announcement of Winners: April 25, 2025, on GMM Grammy Official Facebook. Winners will be contacted directly by a representative.

4. Prizes
   Entry to Pooh x Pavel Fan Day, with a total of 15 prizes (one person per prize).

7. Additional Conditions
   7.1 Draw location: No. 3/16, Soi Nonthaburi 48, Sanambinnam Road, Tha Sai, Mueang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi 11000.
   7.2 Prizes are reserved for AIS postpaid and prepaid customers with active service status at the time of winning and on event date; and who continue using GMM Music SMS services without cancellation.
   7.3 Prepaid customers must be registered users with a minimum balance of 50 THB on the draw date and event date; postpaid customers must have no outstanding bills.
   7.4 Winners must have a registered name matching AIS service records.
   7.5 Each winner is eligible for only one prize from this activity.
   7.6 Winners must not have received any prize from GMM’s AIS-related activities in the past six months.
   7.7 Winners must present their ID/passport and SIM card at prize collection by May 18, 2025, 4:00 PM, or forfeit the prize.
   7.8 Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted.
   7.9 AIS and GMM employees and their families are not eligible.
   7.10 The company’s decision is final.
   7.11 By participating, users agree to allow AIS and GMM Music to collect and process personal data for this event per AIS Group’s privacy policy (https://www.ais.th/privacy-notice/th/).
   7.12 Winners consent to the publication of images or videos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
   7.13 This event is organized by GMM Music Public Company Limited under license no. 820/2567, issued in Mueang Nonthaburi.
